Description:
The focus of this online study group will be a more detailed review of the Attunement survival style, as well as a review of the “4 pillars” – specifically focusing on the “Therapeutic Contract” and “Supporting Agency” NARM skills. We will continue breaking down the specific skills and how he we can apply them clinically to support disidentification and greater regulation. We will also do some experiential inquiry-based exercises to support our learning and integration of the NARM model.
