Description:
The focus of our first online study group is reviewing the “4 pillars” and its application with the connection survival style. We will use the 4 pillars to watch and debrief a demo video that Larry did with a woman working with connection issues. We will break down the specific skills and how he was applying them to support disidentification and greater regulation. We will also do some experiential inquiry-based exercises to support our learning and integration of the NARM model.
