Description:
Joining together with fellow NARM practitoners-in-training, the focus of this study group will be a more detailed review of the Autonomy survival style, as well as a continued study of the application of the “4 pillars/CEDAR model” – continuing our understanding of how the 4 pillars work together in a session. We will continue breaking down the specific skills and how he we can apply them clinically to support disidentification and greater regulation. We will also do some experiential inquiry-based exercises to support our learning and integration of the NARM model.
