Description:
The focus of this online study group will be a more detailed review of the Love/Sexuality survival style, as well as a review of the “4 pillars” – specifically focusing on the integration of the NARM skills. We will continue breaking down the specific skills and how he we can apply them clinically to support disidentification and greater regulation. We will also do some experiential inquiry-based exercises to support our learning and integration of the NARM model.
