“Transforming Your Health” Classes with Brad Kammer

These classes are part of the “Transforming Your Health” series, designed to provide you with a different perspective on health & healing, along with basic tools for dealing with everyday life challenges. You are welcome to attend both classes in the series, or just one individually.

“Transforming Stress”

Did you know that we are hard-wired to deal with stress for only…3 minutes! That’s right, after 3 minutes the body’s reactions to stress start to become toxic and unhealthy for us all. For most of us, only 3 minutes of stress a day is completely unrealistic.

If you’re wondering why you might feel run down, exhausted, sick, overwhelmed and on-edge, needing one (or more) extra cups of coffee to get you through the day, and why it’s harder to enjoy life – it could be that stress is your problem.
So what do we do?

Come learn about what’s happening inside you and new ways of dealing with yourself and the world you live in. This educational and experiential workshop is designed to empower you with a greater understanding of how stress affects your health and well-being, as well as to provide you with basic tools for dealing with these day-to-day challenges.

My goal is for you to walk away from this class feeling less controlled by your daily stress, more empowered to manage your daily life, and more at peace within yourself.
